The Veterans Resource Center (VRC), located in building 36, Rm 100 (downstairs) provides a central entry point for Active Duty, Reserve service members, Veterans and their families as they transition from the military to Grossmont College. Staffed by our program specialist, VA work study students, School Certifying Officials (SCOs) and counselors the overall goal is to deliver tangible tools and services to optimize student success. The VRC fosters a collaborative delivery of student services between on campus centers such as Accessibility Resource Center (A.R.C.), Assistive Technology Center, Gizmos Kitchen Food Pantry and off campus agencies who provide services to veterans and their families. The VRC strives to provide services in three primary areas: academics, camaraderie, and wellness.

- Information about receiving VA Education Benefits at Grossmont College
- Access to computers and assistive technology, including specialized software for nontraditional learners and study space
- Print up to 5 free pages per day
- Peer support
- Financial aid information and application assistance
- Referral to on/off campus resources (e.g., A.R.C., VAO and community veterans agencies)
