Deadline for new students to file an application and participate in matriculation
(assessment & orientation/advising) in order to receive a registration appointment:
Fall 2023 - April 3, 2023
Students who apply after this date will be assigned to open registration.
Who may attend?
Students who are high school graduates or equivalent, or who are over 18 years of
age and can benefit from the instruction offered, may attend Grossmont College.
High school students who have completed the 10th grade, and are at least 14 years of age at the opening day of the session, may attend
with approval of the appropriate high school official, the appropriate college official
and the student's parent.
Nonresidents may attend by paying the established nonresident tuition, enrollment,
health services and student representation fees. To obtain resident status, a student
must establish both physical presence and intent in California for more than one year
immediately preceding the residence determination date for a term.Guidelines for residency
Transfers from accredited colleges and universities are eligible for admission to
Grossmont College.
