ICS provides support for the technology needs of Grossmont College students and faculty.

 

Areas of Focus

Some of our main responsibilities include:

  • Upgrading and maintaining Grossmont's instructional computer labs
  • Operating the Open Computer Lab, the only general student use lab on campus
  • Maintaining inventory of the computer systems, printers, and software licenses on campus
  • Managing requests for installation of faculty office and lab computers, email accounts,
    hardware/software issues, and lab and networking problems through the Technology Help Desk
