Self-Service Password Reset

Students, Faculty or Staff may use this guide to reset your password when you cannot access your Self-Service account.

 

How to Reset Your Password

1. Visit the main page of Self-service
2. On the bottom of the window, click on the Forgot your... password option
3. Read the instructions
4. Fill in the form and click Submit
5. If your submission is successful, you should receive a password reset email

If you encounter any difficulties resetting your Self-Service password -- or you receive an error indicating your are locked out -- please contact Admissions and Records/Enrollment Help:
