A student enrolling in a study abroad program sponsored by the Grossmont-Cuyamaca
Community College District (GCCCD) that is approved for credit at Grossmont College,
is considered enrolled for the purposes of applying for Financial Aid. It is their
responsibility to meet with their academic counselor to ensure the classes they are
taking are required for the completion of their declared academic program.
Students will not be eligible for federal work-study. Depending on the cost of the study abroad program, the financial aid you received may not meet the full demonstrated financial need.
Students are responsible for any costs exceeding the amount of aid received and are
responsible for making any payments for the program by the deadlines.
